The holidays always provide plenty of great opportunity to spend time with family and friends. The downside is that it can often seem an insurmountable task to get back into a regular routine of health and fitness.

We have your solution. And, it starts tomorrow. Join us for our 3rd Annual Lion’s Den Fitness Dryathlon. Our goal is simple. Together, we will abstain from alcohol for 27 days as we focus on making healthier nutritional decisions and improving our workout regularity

Jan 7-10th – Weigh In and Body Fat % will be taken at the studio, for all those wanting to join in the fun.

Feb 2-6th – Final measurements will be taken.

Feb 9th – Location TBD 2-4pm. Prizes will be awarded for the biggest loss in bodyweight as well as biggest decrease in overall body fat percentage at our post dryathlon celebration.
