This HIIT (HIGH INTENSITY INTERVAL TRAINING) class is designed to specifically work your entire body-upper, middle, & lower. May include such muscle groups as shoulders, back, core, chest, triceps, biceps, legs, and glutes. Class may include some cardio “stations”.
Your class coach will lead you through a variety of “stations”, each designed to target a specific muscle group. Each exercise will be conducted for 45-60 seconds before you move on to the next “station”. For all levels including beginners to advanced!
Max. class size is 16 so you get personalized attention and true group personal training.
