GROUP FITNESS CLASSES
Do you like working out in a challenging yet encouraging, high energy environment, surrounded by a diverse group of your peers, from every ability level, all while receiving the personal attention of a nationally-accredited certified personal trainer? If you answered YES, our small group fitness classes have you covered.
In order to ensure that we are able to provide a personal training experience in a group class setting, all classes are strictly limited to only 16 clients. All workouts can be scaled to meet the needs of any fitness level, regardless of whether you are new to fitness or a seasoned athlete. Best of all, our first class is FREE.
